Description
Multi-Purpose, Chemical/Solvent Resistance, and Vacuum Hose | E-SJSPUS is about twice as soft and flexible as E-SJSP, which makes it much easier to handle.
Characteristics and Functions:
- Ultra Softness...E-SJSPUS requires a smaller force to bend, compared with E-SJSP. This means that
E-SJSPUS is much softer/more flexible than E-SJSP, which improves working efficiency. - Chemical Resistance...Since the inner layer is made of ETFE fluorine resin, E-SJSPUS is resistant to most of the chemical substances. For more information, please refer to chemical resistance data.
- Bending...Rust-proof SUS Steel Wire makes it difficult to be crushed or kinked, leading to high stability in its shape.
- Vacuum...E-SJSPUS stands proof against negative pressure (can be used in vacuum conditions).
- Higher Non-Adhesiveness...Since ETFE fluorine resin is superior in terms of water-proof, you can wash out the fluids very easily.
- Abrasion Resistance...Fluorine resin (inner layer) shows high levels of abrasion resistance. Thus, you can even transfer chemical slurry.
- High Purity...Fluorine resin does not contain any additives such as plasticizer, so E-SJSPUS is suitable for transferring high purity chemical fluids.
- Easy to Cut...Since we print the cut mark on the hose every meter, it is easy to cut the length you would like to.
- Transparency...E-SJSPUS enables you to check the fluid very easily.
- Original Fittings...By using our original fittings, you can avoid accidents which are caused by incorrect choices of hose and fittings. For more information on our original fittings, please scroll down to the end.
- Hose Cap...By sealing the hose end by the hose cap, the inclusion of foreign matters is prevented. E-SJSPUS is tightened with hose cap only in the standard length.
